Cancellation Policy:

• All cancellations must be received in writing by ASD Headquarters no later than Thursday, September 23, 2010. A $50.00 administrative fee will be deducted from registration refunds, and optional activities are non-refundable. 
• Cancellations received after Thursday, September 23, 2010 will not be refunded.

Hotel Reservation Policy:

• Reservations should be made with Encore at Wynn Las Vegas directly at 877-321-9966.  You will need to reference code 6ASDF1010.  Please note that in order to receive the discounted rates, all individuals must be registered for the conference.
• Rooms must be reserved by September 13, 2010. Availability of rooms and group rates are not guaranteed after this date.
• Hotel rooms must be cancelled at least 48-hours before your scheduled arrival date or you will be charged a penalty of one night’s stay.
• Rooms must be reserved for a minimum of 3 nights: October 21, 22 and 23 to receive the ASD discounted rate.
